However, there remains this emptiness, the feeling of “There must be more to life than what I’m experiencing". When we do not operate in our soul life purpose, we feel empty, as though there is something missing, a void, and despite all our attempts to fill this void, it is just a temporary band-aid. At Holistic Holy Hands, I believe that everyone has a soul life purpose to offer their gifts and talents to help our fellow man, animals, plants, and the universe.
Why Do We Not Know Our Life Purpose? The reason that so many people do not know, or do not walk in their soul life purpose, is a result of past traumas, which causes blockages in their spiritual, emotional, and mental bodies. The ability to connect to their higher-self, and their spirit is challenging, because they’re not able to hear clearly from God and from within. Fear, which is ego based, is a stronghold that imprisons us from being who we are called to be, and hinders us from becoming fully enlightened, which adds fuel to our inability to hear from God and within. How Can I Know My Life Purpose? Healing the soul, emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies, must take place first to remove all blockages. This will allow one to gain a knowing that it is imperative to release blockages and all things that are no longer serving their highest good. Once one begins to release these things, blockages are removed, and complete healing takes place, which allows one to become clear hearing, clear feeling, clear knowing, and clear seeing.

During the healing sessions, I will be intuitively guided by God and the healing Angels to identify blockages, and what the client needs to energetically release. From those healing sessions, I am intuitively led to design personalized spiritual coaching sessions to help identify and confirm the client’s soul life purpose, and to develop and to help implement plans to teach, encourage, and support the client to know, to operate, to walk, and to live their soul’s life purpose to not only fulfill their lives, but to also serve people, animals, plants, and the universe.

When we experience physical pain in our bodies, such as a stomachache, or a headache, the first thing we do is place our hands over the place where we feel pain. Why do we do this? The answer is simple. Even though we may have forgotten the healing power that can radiate from our hands, our spirit subconsciously remembers. Kundalini is symbolized as the slumbering serpent fire in the Root Chakra. Kundalini Energy is the dormant energy lying embedded within our bodies. This energy is blocked in most people due to traumas of life, our habits, and thinking patterns that have caused imbalances and obstructions. Kundalini Reiki (KR) is a way to restore and circulate this energy, thus removing any blockages. When we receive a Reiki treatment, or are attuned to Reiki, we re-remember what is already in us, and our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies start to operate in unison and come alive! Reiki Healing Sessions/Treatments - VIRTUAL & IN PERSONThe method of receiving Reiki is simple. The recipient remains clothed and lies on a couch or sits on a chair and relaxes. The Reiki practitioner lays their hands on the person, says a prayer, and directs healing energy to flow through their body into the recipient’s body. The healing power is innate, and it knows where to go in the recipient’s body. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation. The whole person is treated rather than specific areas. Sessions can take 15 minutes to an hour-and-a-half, depending on the client’s need. What Does Reiki Treatments Feel Like?
Each person experiences Reiki differently depending on their individual needs at the time. Clients may, or may not, feel sensations during a Reiki treatment. Benefits reported by recipients include deep relaxation, promoting a calm peaceful sense of well -being on all levels. Some people feel sensations of heat, tingling, or experience seeing colors, while others can have an emotional response, indicating that shifts are taking place, allowing harmony to be restored. After a healing session, the recipient tends to experience one or more of a wide range of sensations. For example, some become free of illnesses in their bodies, whereas others find that, finally, they are able to let go of long-held anger, hurt, or unforgiveness. Others feel an all-encompassing sense of peace and love, have visions of various sorts, or hear God speak to them. I am amazed each time I see God’s love heal on all levels, and each time I am in total awe of Him. The relaxing nature of Reiki can be very helpful to people during difficult times in their lives. We can all feel overwhelmed or disconnected. Sometimes there is a real sense of isolation, both emotionally and spiritually. Reiki treatments can bring feelings of peace, centeredness, and an ability to cope better with the challenges of life. How Much Reiki Would I Need? A single session may be sufficient, but it is best to discuss this with the practitioner. For example, if you have a long-term illness, or have long standing emotional or spiritual issues, a series of sessions may be beneficial. In general, if you find that helpful changes are taking place, it is a good idea to continue treatments. Meditation grounds and centers us, and it also promotes healing and relaxation in a very stressful world. Guided meditation is a state of relaxed concentration invoked and led by another party. It can be a yoga instructor, a religious guide, a CD or even a recording of yourself playing back to you. The guide will instruct you to relax specific muscles in the body until you are comfortable, and will then lead you through mental images and visualizations, often of healing light. Guided Meditation Sessions will run for about 45 minutes in a group session. For Private Meditation Sessions, it can run up to 1 hour.
